Olli will open the 3rd of April his exhibition in art and design gallery Momono in Helsinki.

Art Nuuttila's Summer Exhibition 2012 will be open every day from noon to 6 p.m. between the 10th of June and the 2nd of September. We open for groups in May - September as requested.

Summer Exhibition 2012
Our curators Päivi Somppi and Tuukka Peltonen have chosen the following artists to the exhibition:Anita Hannunen, Timo Hannunen, Gunn Harbitz, Päivi Häkkinen, Pasi Karjula, Inari Krohn, Olli Marttila, Sakari Peltola, Tommi Sarkapalo, Jouni Toni, Kimmo Ylönen.
Anita, Inari, Olli, Tommi and Jouni are painters. Tommi makes also sculpters as well as Timo, Gunn. Pasi, Sakari and Kimmo. Päivi will make an installation, maybe Kimmo, too. See more on SUMMER 2012.
Some works of our "own" artists will also be presented e.g. sculpters of Paula Nurminen, Eila Pilvenpalo and Asko Salminen and Olli Räty, paintings of Sergei Arhipov and Leena Knuuttila, and graphics of Lars Holmström and Sauli Iso-Lähteenmäki.

So, there will be a lot more sculptures and installations presented in August. These workshop works will stay to year 2013 exhibition, too.
Taide-Art Nuuttila includes the Finnish name Taide-Nuuttila and the English name Art Nuuttila. Art Nuuttila organises exhibitions and sells pieces of art in its magnificent art gallery. In Summer time the art center is filled with modern art, paintings, sculptures, installations, graphics, ceramics, glass and jewellery, of Finnish and foreign artists. It is also a site for tourists to stop and enjoy a cup of coffee and beautiful lake scenery.
The art center cooperates with a group of professional artists. It is also willing to present new artists and it favours experiments in styles and methods.

Artist Residence: Art Nuuttila has started an artist residence in gallery rooms. Guest artists are welcomed between September and May.
Japanese artists Hiroko Yamagata and Hiroharu Morii were our first residence guests. They stayed in Art Nuuttila from February 1st until the end of May 2011.

Madeleine Edberg's residence: Madeleine is also one of our artists. Next to her own house in Torremolinos, Spain, she has a large gallery with exhibition rooms, painting, graphic and textile workshops, a residence house, and a beautiful garden. See www.ukama.info
Helgi and Heitti Polli have a house 59 kilometres from Tallin to Pärnu direction. It is an old farm, 48 ha, in woods. You do not see any neighbourgs. Heitti loves to paint or make sculptures there. They are also willing to rent it out to artists.
